About me (updated)

I think it’s about time to update the “About Me” part. The page “This is a story of a girl” was made when I was still 18, and that was more than 3 years ago. I am not that young anymore, though, I must admit that I still have the same description. I always believe that I am and will always be sensibly stupid. Anyway, here are some of the things I want to share about me.

  • I live alone in the literal and figurative sense. Don’t ask.
  • I am currently working 3 jobs and studying at the same time.
  • I am single. I guess I will never be good enough for the people I love and the people who say they love me will never be good enough for me, so I am waiting for a good enough person who will think that I am also good enough for him.
  • I am 21 years old. Enough said.
  • I belong to a small group. I am now confused whether it’s all 5 girls or 4 girls and a guy. Let’s wait for further clarifications.
  • I love reading. I have a collection of almost 200 books. Almost.
  • Given the chance, I want to be a vocalist in a band. Unfortunately, my voice will never be good enough.
  • I keep a journal. A lot of them.
  • I am sort of a hoarder. I hoard unimportant stuff.
  • I am happy. Though not in the mainstream definition, but I am satisfied with my life. Go figure!

    2. I’m like you, I’m 21 years old…KIDDING πŸ˜‰

      These are me as well:
*I love reading. I have a collection of almost 200 books. Almost.
*Given the chance, I want to be a vocalist in a band. Unfortunately, my voice will never be good enough.
*I keep a journal. A lot of them.
*I am sort of a hoarder. I hoard unimportant stuff.

“I am happy. Though not in the mainstream definition, but I am satisfied with my life.” That’s what matters.I try to be happy, too. Sometimes I succeed, sometimes I don’t. Then I try again πŸ™‚

Thank you so much for leaving a comment and making me feel that I am not weird at all. You know, those descriptions are almost always weird for some of the people I know, except close friends. I now realized that maybe, it is a phase. We are 21 and we are different. I don’t know. We will figure it out someday. Maybe not. But the important thing is that we try to be happy, right?

        1. Hee…As I said, I was kidding about the age, he he. That was wishful thinking. I’m well beyond 21. Then again, I’ve learned a lot through the years so given the chance, I probably would not wish to be 21 again.

That’s said, I’m still weird and loving it. Like I always say, normal is boring πŸ˜‰

        2. Jordana Mari says:

Actually, I’m going to be 22 in less than 10 days nalang so just making the most out of 21. Me too, I never wanted to go back to the past though it’s sort of carefree. Let’s move on and enjoy life no matter how hard it is.

        3. It’s nice to be young. But it’s also nice to grow older when you know that you also grow emotionally, mentally, even spiritually. As for financially, that would be great, too! LOL!!!!

        4. Jordana Mari says:

Hahaha. Yes, I agree about the financial aspect. BTW, which UP campus?

        5. Jordana Mari says:

It’s a small world after all. Hello fellow Iska!

        6. BTW, I used to be a “Fighting Moron” as well, he he…
